The people running the show have never been rude to me and always greet with a smile. One good thing is that the air conditioning doesnt have to work as hard to cool it down in there because there is always less people working out than you would expect.

I have NEVER had to wait for a machine or treadmill and the clientele of this club seems to be very good. Cleanest health club ive been to and I have been a member of every club in the area. There is no lack of equipment either, its much larger inside than it appears from the outside. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed. It's not like a gym more like a mini Athletic Club. Lot's of equipment ; Perfect classes; and yes like everyone else says it is super clean.

Cleanest , Coolest in town, No Muscle Heads!!! They just renovated a club that was already way better then the others in our area. Clean , Not Crowded , I like it! No "muscle heads"! I was really impressed with the gym and joined that day. I have been a member for a month now and think this is the best gym I have been to.

Do not Join this Gym! My daughter loves this place, and all the children look like they're having a great time too. I was initially hoping for more "pure"…. My daughter is enrolled in classes, they are focused like a laser on balancing just the right amount of correction with encouragement.

I asked what documentation he needed and his response was I could have my doctor send whatever they wanted but I would still have to pay for the service since I signed a contract.

I had a couple of issues with my contract and when I tried to speak with management they were so rude! I've had several gym memberships and this is the first gym that I have gone to that the management was so nasty and cocky. Folks read your contract because they are sly foxes at this gym and you have to go through a lot to get them to stop charging you. Cardio Club Fitness Center is a clean, modern, well set up gym. They have new equipment and plenty of it; I never had to wait for a treadmill, elliptical, stair-climber, or stationary bike.

They have all the weight machines you could ask for, plenty of free weights, and a separate studio room that has steps, balls and even punching bags!! They offer a variety of classes, but they were, to me as a 9-to-5 worker, at inconvenient times. Lots of older folks worked out there, as well, so it's not just a "hot bodies" gym. They supply shampoo, conditioner, soap and unlimited towels, so you don't have to overstuff your gym bag!!
