After he left, I discovered that my humidifier was lying on my basement floor in several pieces and that the new part had not been installed. The pipefitters lit the pilot light on the gas dryer and hot water tank.

He wasn't sure about the furnace. Bill walked me through all the steps to re-starting the furnace. He assured me that it would be safe to re-set the red button. Bill made our day! He didn't need to come out and he walked me through the steps!
